"DEFCON 18 will be held July 29th - August 1, 2010 at the Riviera Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas."

Admission is $140 USD (Cash Only)

Requirements:

Guests staying in the room may not eat at Kady's, located in the Riviera. 

Kady's gives everyone in the room the nastiest wet gassy farts I have ever smelled in my life. We want to avoid a repeat of that stinky event.

If one gets tired of the Riv (not too hard), there's always THE ATOMIC TESTING MUSEUM!. Also das Hofbräuhaus, where there's guaranteed to be Deutschen bier served by the liter, and with any luck, frauen in dirndls.

We will require the following:

1. Length of ethernet able to span from Riviera to Circus Circus
2. High tension reinforcement cable
3. Access to Circus Circus network room
4. 3 spray cans of "Las Vegas Sky" color paint
5. 2 lengths of 4x4 wider than the window hole

We shall be using the High Tension cable for support, and attaching the ethernet to it. Then we shall run the line from our window, where we will use one of the 4x4's to secure it against the wall, to the server room of the Circus Circus. We will have someone infiltrate the Circus Circus and gain access to the networking room, and connect that end of the ethernet to the primary public interwebby switch.

Pre-DefCon Preparations: We will have to obtain some high quality "Las Vegas Sky" color, which used to be blue, but is closer to a brownish/greyish color. Make sure you get a 2005 or newer color pallet. We need to spray the ethernet and high tension cable with this in order to effectively produce an invisible illusion against the already present sky. When in doubt, use 2 coats of paint.
